I am a 60 year old housewife.

My autonomic and sympathetic nervous systems are very sensitive compared to normal people. Eventhough I tried hard, I could not control the invisible nervous system on my body, so I just gave up. Having a scrofulous (tuberculosis of lymph node), makes me stress and anxious all the time which lead to dhiarrhea.

While I was wondering whether my autnomic nerve is the cause or not, I found out about "Ninnikudama" on the internet. Without further thinking, I ordered it.

At first, I halfly believed that my autonomic nerves will be working well when I started drinking Ninnikudama. However, half month then one month passed and I realized how my inner body became better.

Even though I wake up at 4 a.m every morning for working, I can wake up easily. The best was when people made my shy by saying “you look young and healthy” and “you have less wrinkle” to me.

Wasn't it because I had more smiling?

In conclusion, I am thankful because my stomach bad condition could recover.

The post card that I sent you recently are all about what I felt. If I am not wrong, maybe I wrote about "my stomach also recovered". But I think, "the uneasiness of my stomach has been relieved" is more appropriate. Because the recovery of physical condition is different with the recovery of nerve condition.

When my stomach condition was bad, I always felt anxious especially because I had to go to the toilet frequently during my commuting to office by subway train. Well, you know about toilets on the subway right...?

Back on those days, I didn't know what should I do to cope with anxiety and stress during commuting.

After I started drinking Ninnikudama, "my anxiety was greatly relieved" was my actual feeling.
