It's been almost a week after I drank Ninnikudama for the first time.

Firstly, when I opened Ninnikudama pouch, I was discouraged by the smell (laugh). It was more than my imagination. Forgive me for my harsh words but for me who dislike garlic, the smell was very offensive. I'm sorry... in fact I was so surprised that I weeped (laugh). However, with the intention of fixing my skin, I stopped smelling when I drank it. Even now, after I get used to it, it's still difficult for me after all.

After drinking Ninnikudama, I felt my metabolism became better than before. "Perhaps, it's caused by the warmer temperature recently?" I wondered. Still, in the morning before working I sweat a lot, which makes me impressed that the effect can be felt this much.

Secondly, I used to have terrible stiff shoulder, so terrible that I felt stiff from the joint of my neck to my back muscles. Although it hasn't completely cured yet, I don't feel the agonizing pain anymore I think.

Finally, what really makes me wonder is my upper arms skin condition, in the end, there seems no big change yet. Despite that, I am following Mr. Yamada (Ninnikudama's director) advice to drink vitamin C together with Ninnikudama everyday. At first I didn't expect to have various effects in such a short time, but now I really expect its effects in the future.
