From Leuven Tadokoro (Out of Japan, Belgium)


Today marks the one-week anniversary of continuing to take Ninniku Dama.

The benefit is so great!
　
Recently, many things happened at the same time like a move to a foreign country alone, which involves differences in feelings and opinions that can lead to friction. For over 1 ½ month, I had no appetite, could not eat anything at all by myself, could not sleep at night, and was losing so much weight.

Since I was little, I had been very prone to colds. Possibly due to my weakening health condition, I was struggling with the sensitivity to colds so much.

I was feeling cold even when I was wearing knit socks with thick slippers over them and was covered with a blanket.

I guess it comes with the territory since it is very cold and dry in Belgium, where the current high temperature is 10℃ and the low is 3℃.

On the first day, I took four as soon as I received it. Then, my body started to warm up, and I started to get sleepy.
I slept for 10 hours that night.

I found this later when I was reading an email from Mr. (or Ms.) Yamada: “Start with two per day if you are going to use it with powder”. I started with four! No wonder I was so sleepy!

From now on, I have to listen first. (How impatient I am!)

Born in 1980. At the age of 17, I went to Mexico by myself to study there for one year. After returning to Japan and graduating from high school, I entered a college in Belgium at the age of 19.

My major was Egyptian and Middle Eastern archaeology (ancient oriental areas). Also, I have been studying ancient history and lost languages, such as ancient Egyptian and Coptic.

As a freelance writer, I also wrote about local information in Belgium for Japanese readers. I also cover information about other countries, taking advantage of the geographical fact of Belgium, which is located in central Europe.

In addition to Japanese, I speak English, Spanish, and Dutch. Now, I am studying modern Arabic. Being multilingual, I can also understand French and German to a certain degree. Now, I am available for work as a translator and a writer.

However, the most surprising benefit was seen in my sensitivity to colds.

My feet don’t get cold without the heater now.
Just putting a blanket over my lap is enough to keep my legs warm.

Every day for a week, I took two to three per day. When I was very tired or exhausted after being up all night, I took four.

I didn’t have cold feet all week and felt great.


Recently, I started going to a gym on a regular basis. I had been feeling down and unmotivated as I was having tremendous stress from exams, moving, and relationship issues. But I have been asking friends to go to the gym with me this week.
　
Such a difference in my energy level.

At the gym, I can move a lot more than I could. Also, I sweat so much more as if I am erupting.

Even on the days when I don’t go to the gym, I take a walk out in the cold and dry weather.

What’s more surprising is that my appetite has improved so much.
For the last 1 1/2 month of dealing with troubles, I had not had breakfast. Now, I can fix and eat breakfast every morning.

I’m so happy that I a have appetite every morning.
It really makes me realize that being healthy is very important.
