I love garlic but disturbed by the strong smell I was avoiding it. I gave Ninnikudama a try after reading about not having a strong smell.
After 3 days
Get sleepy at a bedtime! I can go right to sleep. After about 2 hours?
I live pretty close to work. I work pretty hard so even if I get home at 12:10, I won’t be able to get to sleep at 12:30.
I couldn’t settle down enough to go right to sleep from stress at work but I can go right to sleep.
Very thankfull….
I’m hoping it has an affect on nourishment that I heard this pill offeres.
I’m not that old but have a kidney problem due to obesity. I am going straight to an early grave.
I am hoping that it works on Pituitary gland to lower my stress level and control weight.
My neutral fat level is low but the　overall cholesterol level is high. (ok, my good cholesterol is way high as well….)
I will treasure the traditional homemade supplements.
