・ＧＯＴ：54→38
・ＧＰＴ：143→62
・Cholesterol：250→125（※(taking cholesterol medicine)）
・Triglycerides：156→84(recommended target by a doctor was around this number)
・Weight:81→73（(body fat has reduce to 25％.)
Past two months, I was warned by my physician that I will be dead within 10 years. That motivated me to lose weight by walking and dieting.
Ninnikudama is not a magic pill that fixes everything. My health improved only after I switched to more structured life.
