Sleepiness seemed to come to me. Why do I become sleepy?

Question; I bought “Ninnikudama” for my first time.
10 days have passed from starting to take, it seems that sleepiness mentioned on the “Points for taking” has come to me. Why do I become sleepy?

Actually, I think that those who can feel sleepiness would be very few.
Since I also had time feeling sleepiness, but at that time I was taking 8 tablets.
Also feeling stress daily and my schedule tend to be irregular were also the causes, I felt sleepiness during the daytime which might have a harmful effect on working.
Reducing 6 tablets to 4, my business starts going smoothly, and become mentally lighten, then no more sleepiness came to me. So, the quantity of taking was of course effecting but also disorder in autonomic nerves was the reason why I felt that much sleepiness.
